Nite Owl Quilt Show October 12, 2024

At Bethany of Montclair

Save the date(s) October 11th for set up – Show Date October 12th.
Tickets will be $5. All members will need a ticket to volunteer at the show – or to attend the show. The public is also invited to the show.

We are going back to simplicity with the 2024 show. Our last show was 2019.

We need members to join our committee:

Someone to organize setup. (Oct 11th)
Someone to organize advertising and marketing.
Someone to organize entries.
Someone to receive entries.
Someone in charge of returning entries.
Someone to organize the show decorations and quilt signage.
Someone to manage white glovers for the show.
Someone to organize take down (On Oct 12th)

We will need many hands to make this show a success!

And of course we will need you to please enter you latest or most favorite recent quilt. There will be no judging. Possibly we will have a ribbon for favorite quilt. All entries will receive participation ribbons.

We also need a theme and/or name for the show – that the decorations can work around.
